please be advised that when you make an appoinment with Lash avenue, a credit card information
will be required to secure your appoinment.
Cancellation Policy

all cancellations and rescheduling must be done via telephone at 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. failure to do so will result in inconvenience for our salon, so please be mindful when choosing to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

No shows will result in a $50 and are not refundable

Last minute cancellations (4 hours prior to your appointment) will be charged in a $20 fee and are not refundable.
Late arrival policy

clients arriving more than 15minutes late for their scheduled appointment may be asked to reschedule. This policy stands so that we can ensure quality service for you as well as other lash avenue clients who arrive following your appoinment.

Lash avenue asks that you arrive 10minutes prior to your appointment so that you may recieve quality service with sufficient time.
